How we handle your information
Last updated September 25, 2026
Connectivity Brief addresses
We use the address you submit to match the location and screen nearby public FCC availability data. The address is sent from our server to Esri ArcGIS and, when needed, the U.S. Census Geocoder. We do not intentionally write the raw address to our application logs or retain it after returning the screening result.
Requests for consultant verification
If you explicitly ask for follow-up and consent to be contacted, we retain the address, name, email, company, and phone number you provide so SyncWave can respond. We do not sell this contact information.
For internal preparation, we may attach an aggregate provider experience signal to the request. It can include recent public FCC complaint categories, broad network performance and outage measurements, and founder-reviewed source links. These signals are directional, may mix residential and business experience, and do not confirm serviceability or measure your individual experience.
We do not publish provider-specific assessments on this website or retain raw review text, social-media posts, usernames, complaint narratives, individual network tests, or precise locations in the assessment index.
Online consultation booking
Our booking page displays a scheduling tool provided by HubSpot. When you open the calendar, HubSpot may process limited technical information needed to display availability. If you book a consultation, HubSpot receives your name, email, and any other information requested on the booking form so it can create the meeting, send invitations and reminders, and maintain our customer relationship record.
The scheduling tool may recognize information previously submitted to HubSpot on the same browser and pre-fill booking fields. We load the scheduling tool only on the booking page and do not install HubSpot's general website-tracking script across the site.
Security and abuse prevention
We use a short-lived request count associated with your network address to limit automated abuse. Our hosting and service providers may keep operational logs under their own policies. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Website measurement and session replay
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. We also use PostHog to measure the steps visitors take through the Connectivity Brief and to review masked session replays when diagnosing usability problems.
PostHog does not store an analytics identifier in cookies, local storage, or session storage, and we do not create visitor profiles or identify you. A short-lived anonymous identifier exists only in browser memory for the current page. We disable automatic click collection and send only specific journey events with aggregate details.
Session replay masks every form input. Areas containing the submitted or matched address and address-specific results are blocked from recordings. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, precise addresses, coordinates, provider identifiers, and raw error messages are not included in our analytics events.
PostHog event data is retained for 13 months and session recordings for 30 days. Access is restricted to SyncWave's founders. Vercel and PostHog may process limited technical information under their own privacy and security terms.
Your choices
You can use the public screening without submitting a contact form. To ask about information submitted for follow-up, contact SyncWave Consulting using the contact details provided to you by your consultant.
We do not initialize PostHog when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can enable either signal in a supported browser or privacy extension to opt out. Because analytics persistence is disabled, our current measurement design does not use an analytics cookie banner; we will revisit that approach if legal requirements or our practices change.
The Connectivity Brief is a screening estimate, not a confirmation of serviceability. See the disclosure shown with each result.
